Other in 2024 accounts includes 224 € for sprinklers and garden rubbish container, 253 € for chlorine and pool analysis, and 461 € bank charges
The budget for 2024 (July 2023 to June 2024) at the March 2024 EGM was changed from 42.044 to 50.000 as from 1 April 2024 so community fees changed as from 1 April 2024 to reflect the changed budget.
Water in 2023 Actual includes house water which for some reason had not been charged to owners since Aprii 2022. The water costs were actually:
